i phoned them up months ago, before nag3 hit my area, they upgraded my subbed box in minutes. i had not been getting what i was paying for for 3 years, but it works both ways.... pay the full monty now, they dont give a fig about what you have been doing for the last few years....

Update!

Well would you believe it guys, all the channels I'm suppose to have have decided to come online overnight just as I was about to make the call! I checked is it was working last night and it wasn't, but out of curiousity, I checked it just now before I was about to call them up, and it's all there! I'm still using a Pace box that VM supplied me many years ago, and N3 works on it! Hooked it all up on Friday, and took upto this morning for it to fully update!?!

Still worth calling them up to ask for a cheeky upgrade? lol
