Hi all,

I have just got a netgear VMDG280 off virgin 2day and it keeps disconnecting when i surff and if i turn the pc off, I have got the hub connected directly 2 my pc, Also when it disconnects the wifi light and the lock light (what ever they are) flash cant find any info on them on the net just people taling about how s**t they are...

any help 2 stop it disconnecting ???

If VM have just connected it then call them up and get them back to sort it properly. They are supposed to leave it in a working state !

If its connected directly to the hub (wired ethernet) then chances are you have some sort of signal problem.

I had same problem I checked power settings of my pc and found it was going to sleep after 15mins of inactivity thereby causing wireless to drop out
