Default IPTV freezing

Thanks for reading and I hope to find some help here
I realy face a very bizzard situation with my IPTV
I have subscribed to an IPTV provider about 5 weeks ago, but couldn't enjoy it so far
first when I installed the 1st iptv box I got very slow video/audio streaming, so I thought it has
an issue with my internet service or my equipement (DSL Modem or my D-Link DIR-655 Router or even my network cables)
So, I started to isolate one factor at a time to test
-I bought a new dsl modem, I kept my router but still can't get any better
-Got a new Router from Linksys and changed my network cable still no go
-Contacted tech. support of my internet provider , but they didn't suspect any problems regarding
to my connections.speed or bandwidth
I also used to run speedtest and my speed avarage is between 3.5 mbps and 4.6 mbps witch enough
to run my IPTV
Finally after 8 days of very slow streaming, my iptv stopped completley, so it freezs at the start up
and can't get to any channel or getting errors lime (connection faild)
Here is the big mystry, I took the IPTV box to one of my friend who has different equipments and different
internet provider it work ine there
So I had cnacelled my contract with my internet provider and suscribed to the same prvider as my friend recommend
more than that I bought the same modem and router he has, also got another new IPTV box, faced the same
slow stream as before, worked for 2 days then I had to unplug the power and it never came back again
same freezing at the start up screen and vever get to any channel, I took it again to my friend trying
to test there this time it never worked even there the same freezing issue, so I thought my IPTV is defected
Goy another (3rd IPTV box) worked much better for almost 5 days, the I got a new TV so I had to power my IPTV off ,
but when I power it on again got the same freez problem and never back, that's it for this box too didn't work at
my place or at my friend
4 days ago I got 4th replacement for my IPTV box works much much better for 4 days untill We got power failier in our area
for about 1 hour, same problem again freezing at the start up and never back
BTW: all my equipment are attched to a power backup with protection to protect my TV,DVD player , IPTV, modem, router
to protect them from any power failier
I even thought that this could be the reasone, so I took the IPTV and connected it directely to power socket on the wall
but it didn't help
Anybody there could tell me what's is the problem ?
Thanks in advance
