Hi,have you tried using macs from the same ubr but different cpc? only a temporary solution but the problems seem to be sporadic and non working macs tend to come back to life within a few weeks

I personally would has been suggested scan for fresh macs on a different ubr to you using subbed mod, then trade with them in the trading section, I was off for a few weeks then tried a old mac and am back on no probs.
Dont forget only Docsis 1.0 macs working .
change your pc nic mac cos it might be blacklisted.
