Isn't it strange that the BBC should be using British licence payers money to be sending this to fans in Japan ?????

Surely they should of supplied a few uk testers with the required equipment and then broadcast it to those instead. Wouldn't that of made a much more newsworthy item (at least in the UK).

Saw a report on "Click", they didn't even have a monitor of sufficient resolution in the control room. The Camera operator was Japanese, suggesting that NHK brought the equipment and personnel from Japan, maybe NHK even paid for the trial. They mentioned using 300Mbit of internet bandwidth to stream the trial, so now you know why any browsing of sites, especially in Asia was slow that day

Surely you would only see a difference on larger tv's say 50" upwards ?
