Exclamation Chipped New Card

Hey guys,
2 mates of mine from work just splashed out £250 each for a box that is on N3 & has all of the channels. I have seen these working but the guy wont spill lol. I have offered £500 for him to tell me how its done but he said it his "little earner" is it worth the £250 to have a fiddle with the card?
Will it read ok with Infinity card reader (usb)? If not what will I need?

Cheers

Is it possible that it was a legitimate set up being offered for sale? Someone steals a box from a house/takes out a full XL sub using false details, flogs the box as modded, is long gone by the time it gets cancelled for non payment?

Just trying to think of ways other than N3 being cracked that this could work...

it is a rep doing it round here and he puts the card in a reader or glitcher than puts stuff on the card the way it was done

There's another possibility, it's a ghost account courtesy of VM staff.
