eurovox max help

Hi
Iv just purchased a eurovox max
plugged and power scan and result only 10 channels 8 discovery, 1 cnnand 1 asian
have changed symbol rate and tried even
please can someone help .
need more channels

If you used a splitter, take it out to do your powerscan then make sure tight connections when you put it back.

Have done a power scan and everythin possible
It the search it just pichs up 13 channels
The grid which open up when you select installation and enter the password just has 1 channel on it . there is just 1 channel with 1 frequency. there should be around 32 channels with different feequencys i guess. thats why i get only 13 channels in that 1 frequency i guesss.
maybe the box is faulty and im tryin to contact the guy i bought it from on ebay
