hi, 5 years of great service from eurovox - what now?
after searching around the forum it seems the KV A780 is the easiest option - is this right? am i right in thinking all i do is buy the box, link it to a permanent ethernat connection, link it to cable connection. is there anything else i have to do except flash the box? What about the satellite option? i have an old s*y dish on side of house. i know it is a harder option but i am willing to learn if it is better any help would be appreciated. I'm talking A780 on cable
Yes honest it is. - .1. first flash from FTA to *.bin is with a ' null modem cable ' just like the box you used to have - - - any / all subsequent updates are done from the remote control menu - .2. then follow the you tube destructions - .3. basically flashit / scanit / watchit my friend NOTE you will need (1) the permanent cable feed just the same as your old box and (2) a permanent internet conection and it just works. |
