Hi,
Apart from my eurovox max playing up since Virgin Media took over everything was great.......until this evening!

I tried to turn it on and it is stuck on standby mode.
No amout of turning on or off will make a difference!

Any ideas????

connect it to your pc open the software on the cd that came with it and download the bin file to the box

Right....
I have the cable and it is attached to my PC but nothing happens....is my PC supposed to pick it up?
I am unable to have the pc near the tv does that matter?

How do I download the BIN to the box?

All files (and instructions) you need are on the gmail drive within these forums.

Have you tried the firmware upgarde. Might help solving some of the problems.
