Hi
Need help please. I have a mondeal 9000 gold receiver and it has stuck with the display showing "boot". I have tried unplugging and re-powering, but it is still the same. Is it possible to re-boot this system, and if so how. Please dont be too technical as I am thick when it comes to things like this. Thanks |

Hi. You can try to re-flash the receiver with the firmware. You can get this from this site I found: SDF Mondeal
Just register first I think. You will need to download the firmware and loader program. You will also need a null modem cable to do this, you can check by looking on the rear of the receiver for the RS232 connector and see if it is a male connector, if it is then it will be the null modem cable, which is a cross over cable unlike a standard straight through RS232 cable. Hope this helps you in some way. |
