Hi I'm new here I live in USA I have a Motorola SB 5101U can I get something out this modem ? help will be appreciate thanks.

hello and welcome, i think you will be better off joining sbhackers buddy as you will find some post on this type of modem over there, which will help you get something out of it.

i think you need a spi programmer to flash these modems, i think its a bit like a ambit 256 when flashing. or u might be able to buy a pre flashed chip and solder it in.

it might work out cheaper if you just buy a modded sb5101, unless you want to learn and flash a few modems then i would look at the cost into buying a usb jtagnt or similar etc etc
