I can see it goes up to quad core but does that mean it wont run a six core? or will it just see it as a quad core? anybody shed any light on this please! Thanks alot Burkie |

you will find with most boards supporting amd chips that if they are of the same socket type the chip will work even in most cases if the bios doesn't support it,
for example a friend has just upgraded his processor and gets a message on bootup that the chip is not recognised / supported something like that, but it still boots to windows and works perfectly. |
