The Virgin Media employee needs to complete the paperwork to get the Mates Rate deal and confirm that you are indeed a family member or friend of them.
Ask the Virgin Media employee who is your friend or family member. They will know how to go about this and know what the existing offer actually is. |

I know an installer and he's just sorted one of my mates out with "Mates Rates"
£36.50 a month for as long as the installer works for Virgin for phone, 20mb broadband and XL tv with a Samsung V+ and also a Cisco hd box! You must add a service to qualify so as we've already got all 3 we couldnt have it![]() ![]() Installer says the offer ends 31st December (but may continue) and it would take 3 months for a service to be removed from our bill
