Default Satellite For PC advise

Okay, in a nutshell I want to be able to watch Satellite TV on my PC. Any pros out there who could help would be appreciated and im sure this thread will help newbies like myself....
1)What card would be best to buy? (Im thinking of skystar 2 HD)
2)Would my current sky dish be compatible?
3)If so, what is the best direction to be pointing at, 13.0(hotbird) or 28.2(sky)?

Ultimately I want to be able to watch live football matches by picking up channels from wherever they are showing

Thanks
