just speaking to them on phone sky sports 683.000Mhz he couldnt see sky news prob got it mixed up with another chan but said he will look l8r again for me as they watchin a film

I have the same problem. Even if i set the time as GMT+1 the EPG shows the programs to be 1hr in front.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Go to menu-Time Settings.Turn GMT Usage off and set correct time.Turn GMT Usage back on and set Time Zone to GMT+1.Save and exit,then reboot box.Should be fine then.StevieG

That seems to have worked.
The EPG didnt change at first but then after a few minutes it did.
