I have bought a Nokia Dbox 1 off ebay that has come from Germany. I have got it working and have found most channels but I want to upgrade to the most recent image. So I have two questions....

1: Where do I get the new image?
2: How do I flash it?

I have searched through the threads and people have said to read the tutorials but where are they?!?

A D-Box1 is nothing like a D-box2, we have tutorials and images for the D-box2 on the gmail drive, but nothing for the D-Box1. If you have a d-box1 working then you are the expert on this forum.

LOL!!

The reason I bought a D box one is that I have a communial sat and wasn't sure if it was working. Now I know it is, I might invest in a Dbox 2. Which are the best to get??

If you are looking to connect to a satellite feed, make sure you get a satellite box, most D-Box2's are for cable. Also the Sky satellite is not hacked, you will still need access to an active legitimate Sky viewing card.
