I dont seem to understand the whole UBR thing hwo doi know what UBR im in iv vhecked and it gives me a long number cant make heads or tails..

Any help will be appreciated

right buddy if u go ipchicken u get some info similar to this cpc3-heck3-0-0- this is mine so my ubr is heck 3 m8 so have a look at yours again c if it helps
