Help with Technomate TM 1500 Softcam Loading

welcome to the forum.
From memory you need a null modem cable, to load a patch on the Technomate 1500 receivers, which also means you need a Serial/Com port on your PC/Laptop, or a suitable USB to Serial adapter.
The Technomate 1500 receivers are quite old now and lack a lot of features of newer receivers, they are still useful and can open a few channels, but not many, and they are spread over a few satellites.
