buzzing sound feedback

I have an eagle linux box and Im experiencing a buzzing sound louder than the tv-Ive tried changing all the av leads tried scart leads and no luc,still buzzing any ideas x

if your getting it with both scart and av and diffrent image.?
the box has hardware fault.

Try removing the cable feed and reboot the box, there could be a voltage coming back to the box, if so, you need an isolator.
