Hi
I am having a problem with my 600pvr, if I want to delete a file I highlight the one I want to delete hit the delete button and whoa nothing

the file is still there even after a reboot, Also when I go to the file mode the delete button is not always there.
Do you have any suggestions to get rid of this issue.

I'm not familiar with Gemini, so maybe there is a solution to it. But have you tried deleting the files via a FTP client ?

Thanks for the reply, can you tell me what FTP means or am I just being thick.

FTP = File Transfer Protocal.

Dreambox Control Centre is an easy program to use. All FTP does for you really is allow you to move, delete, copy files on your dreambox, like you would on your PC

Filezilla is a free program which allows you to do what Rick has mentioned above

google it and you shall find it

You will need to configure it before you can use it mate.

I have just started using the open Pli image on my dm800 and I actually like that image more then the Enigma image to be honest.

If your problem is still not solved you should maybe move to another image. i.e like the one I have mentioned above.

Thanks again for the info, I am not able to do anything with the dreambox until the start of 2011 so if it's ok with you I will come back to you if I need some expert help.
