can anyone tell me if the nokia 6280 been on 3 contract can be chipped for other networks .thx

Not yet mate, my mate is also waiting to get his 6280 dual banded, program is not out yet.

Your service provider can unlock it. If your contract has expired they have to do it free. Otherwise they will charge you. I have one on Orange and they unlocked it for £20.
