The 7 day epg on my starview is NOT working.

The epg is there but only for 24 hrs or so.

The red button for 7 day does nothing.

Please help.

Doesn't work on a HD combo either and disappears at least once a day.
7 day EPG is a bit of a false claim I think!

if you go into epg (all) then press red buttong the epg gets repopulated, but it seems to be different at varying times of the day, best thing ive noticed id to populate the epg nice and early in the morning.
in the case of the combo as long as i stick to cable and dont switch to sat then the epg is kept all day.
if i switch its gone.
hey its a small price to pay for having all these channels!!

but yeah it would be really nice for the epg to work well.

lol ive been using this method for a while... doesnt always work but ive tried it to 3% as im very impatient and its populated !
my mate told me about it ages ago and then i forgot untill i wanted to know what was on!

glad someone got a use out of it!

lol u watch now every morning u will be populating your epg...

Actually, the download EPG function produced some weird side effects on my box.
After the EPG had downloaded and I go back to an encrypted channel, I get the scrambled channel message and the box re-starts by itself putting me back to square one.
Ahh well, would be nice if it worked!

ah now that u mention that mine did it a few times but hasnt recently, the reboot is a dam pain! but yeah ive seen that once or twice.

have to wait for new software coming maybe.... one day..
