Ok so i've followed all the steps from Setting up Starview HD combo guide but i can't seem to find CS Net on any of the menus, am i doing something completely wrong?

i have scanned for the channels & i basically get bbc 1, bbc 2, itv 1 & channel 4 & nothing else everything else says it's scrambled.

i'm a complete novice so i apologise if this post is somewhere else as well but i have searched, i don't know how many posts / forums / stickys etc & i can't seem to find an answer.

please please please help!!
