'Virgin card' would indicate that the card is unpaired and there are no active channel tiers. The fact that steps 6/7 have not been performed would also indicate there are no active channel tiers on the card.

Note, when posting card output be aware that the dump will usually contain unique info. In this case the card CamId is plainly visible to anyone that wants to harvest it so it could possibly be traced back to the person it was issued to. It probably doesn't matter in this case but please BE CAREFUL what you post !!!

Probably a bad choice of terms for a VirginMedia card but 'Virgin' card means that the card has no IRD pairing. That will likely also mean it doesn't have a boxkey or any form of DT08/DT08 session pairing keyset. The cards also unlikely to have any form of channel enable tiers or any active ecm keysets.

Basically, they are new and unused cards !
