Default Link not working ?

Please please help someone ?

I'm in dublin and have ntl cable,
i've got a eurovox max blue

I've also got a starview which is working perfectly and has all channels.

When i do any scan with my eurovox it doesn't pick up any channels, once it picked up around 25 but i didn't know how to save them ?

I have purchased a null modem cable, connected the box to my pc, tried to run the loader in the tutorials, but it's saying page not found.

can somebody please explian to me what to do next ?

sorry i complety new to this ?

cheers

Default Re: Link not working ?

When doing a power scan have you changed the 'Symbol Rate' to 6887, it should then pick up all stations. Once all stations are picked up it will then save itself upon exit.

Another cause could be a bad or weak reception, do you have splitters on the line coming in before the EuroVox box??, if so bring the box over to where the line comes in and do your scan from there, once all stations are saved you can then return you box to the where you want it.
