hi all
i have a samsung r519 notebook, was working fine till puppy decided to chew charger,( wasnt plugged into laptop at the time), i continued to use the laptop till the battery went dead as i was waiting for my replacement to come. charger came but it will not power up nomore no lights or anything, ive took battery out and tried just the mains power but still no joy.

i went and brougfht a universal charger to try and still no joy.

power from wall goes to the little black box as light comes on but does'nt seem to power the laptop up

my missus is nagging me like hell for it to b fixed so any help very welcome

universal charger needs 2 be at 19v for it 2 work and the replacement 1 may be fooked..

You might have blown an internal fuse or protection diode.
