Labgear HDU681 DA query - Hi I am rewiring and plumbing my victorian semi and trying to future proof it. I am installing 30mm conduit to feed wire hrough when updates are necessary, my question is how should I deal with the visual wiring aspects?

I was thinking of connecting satellite dish, cctv, dab /radio via the Labgear HDU681 in the loft? Can you please tell me if the system is any good? Also,

1) How many and what type of cables are needed to be connected to the Labgear HDU681 to take sky + to 4 rooms, cctv to 1 room, Dab to 4 rooms?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks for any advice/knowledge imparted in advance.
