Hello guys its seems im not getting anywhere with this box

ive got this box from (topboxes.biz) its been working great for about 25days now.. then when i got up yesterday its not working..

no channels only FTA that work now the bloke from the website keeps saying its my internet.. ive tested this and nothing is working..

any ideas guys.. also i have pictures if need be..

sorted this out now.. my dad had deleted the mount on the dm box and never told me.. lol

The problem is never with your internet but down to your network (LAN)

what i mean is that this is usually related to when DHCP fails to allocate the correct IP address.

On the Dm800 you can do a network test to check that all is connected

And when you go into the network adapter settings u can check which IP address has been Allocated.

Match that IP with your Routers IP address.

not that if you have the .cfg file ftp'ed into the wrong folder then this could itself cause a issue as well.

jus out of curiousity how much did you pay for that box?

secondly is it a clone?

hey mate my dad payed £350 full setup every channel. and also yes its a clone.

you got conned mate.

you can get a clone Dm800HD for 175 quid and all channels for less then 350 quid mate.
