It's just under 1/2 a bar.

You should have a filling loop connected just under the boiler between the cold water and the heating return. Open both valves on the filling loop and it will fill the system. Should be at 1 bar cold.

The question to ask is why is it low, have you bled the radiators lately ?

yes that wot excatly they told me when i called glow worm about this filling loop but its not doin it i dont know wether i am doing it wrong or there is a fault.
i did not bleed the radiators but i lowered my main water pressure as it was a bit to high i think thats wot caused it silly me lol
even on the manuals it says
Pressurising the system
On installation your installer will have filled the boiler and
system to its effective working pressure.
The boiler's pressure should be regularly checked on the
controls fascia to ensure that this pressure is maintained
between 1 and 2 bar. If there is a significant loss in
pressure the boiler will lock out.
The system may be re-charged by opening the filling loop
to charge the system back up to 1.5bar as indicated on the
controls fascia. DO NOT OVERCHARGE THE BOILER
PRESSURE BEYOND 2BAR AS THE BOILER WILL NOT
OPERATE. The filling loop, a flexible hose with two valves,
should be located below the boiler connecting the second
pipe on the right to either one of the outer pipes.
DO NOT CLOSE ANY OF THE FOUR VALVES DIRECTLY
CONNECTING TO THE BOILER.
If the boiler frequently loses pressure then your installer
should be consulted.

Thanks for the help man

There should be a double check valve on the filling loop, that could be stuck, or one of the valves isn't opening. In which case you need a new filling loop.

The mains water pressure shouldn't effect the boiler, it SHOULD be a sealed system. If the mains water does effect the pressure you've got serious problems.

It's pretty quick.

Get a small slotted screwdriver and take the plastic levers off. It's only one screw on each, then using an adjustable wrench, or grips, or pliers if you must, try opening the valve that way. Sometimes the plastic will shear off and it won't actually turn the valve head.
