Default Starview 7 usb stick?

I bought a starview 7,but it didnt come with a usb stick. Does anyone know where I can buy one or is it possible to use a Micro SD usb 2.0 with a 2 GB micro memory card? (I use it for R4)

Hi,

they don't come with one.
can get them from any computer shop.
failing that asda, tesco, argos ect...

and it has to be a usb stick

yep my micro one worked perfect but the box just says scrambled on all channels !! arghhh

you have to turn ustream on for the channels to clear m8y, press menu-select network and register/connect to ustream and channels should clear

I just think it wont work for me lol, Ive put carling-1.03-sv7.ups on. I had to input my self all my IP adderesses and all that, then when I press ustream, nothing happens, it doesnt connect just does nothing. It does find all the channels but just stays scrambled. Im in Notts if that makes a difference.

i knw this sounds stupid but do you have the ethernet cable connected to the box as you shouldnt need to input IP the box should pick it up automaticly

Yep connected before I turn the box on, then the white screw in lead then turn it on.

starview server is down m8 just look at other posts in starview section. this happens quite regularly and is the reason i no longer use my sv for cable. you should however be receiving a couple of channels if not then try rebooting box and router to resolve any connection issues.

ok I will keep trying, ive also read about grooverider file aswell, do I need this because I havnt got it?
