Default Not able to recive channels during day

Hi,

I am staying in Saudi Arabia and recently I have installed dish for the paid channels. I am using HD reciver. At night I dont have any issue of reciving the channels. But during the day time from 8:00AM to 4:00PM I cant get any of the channels. When I see the Signal level in my reciver, the signal appears for few seconds and disappears. I have tried to change the cable with no luck. Please advise what can be done to get the signal during the day time.
