Default Echostar AD-3000IP power loss

Hi,

I have a 10 year old Echostar AD-3000 IP receiver for a motorised dish. I have lost power in the unit. No lights come up in the unit. What could be the problem ? Could it be just a failed fuse ? If so where is the fuse in that unit ? Do I have to opend the box up to change it ? Anyone know ?

I would appreciate your response.
