Hi,
I've tried numerous things to get this bloody box to work and I can't seem to get it. I only purchased it about a week before nagra 3 came out and now I can't even get it to work!

I've tried following reiss' guide and nothing.

Once I load the grooverider and factory reset and check autoroll is on etc... I goto cable auto scan and get no channels coming up. The "S" bar sits around 35% in the grey and the "Q" is at 0.

I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland if that makes a difference.

I'd appreciate any help as this is really frustrating me.

you need to load the Carling file groovrider is an outdated file that is why its not working, i suggest you look around the forum for the file and put it on your box.

Which carling, i've heard numerous things, is it the new Carling+_F528_1102?

Thats the one ya need for your box to work, you just have to look for it now or some other forum member might point you in the direction.

I've got the file and tried it but it still doesn't work. Cant scan for any channels. None will appear no matter what I try.

Even with Grooverider, you would be able to scan the channels. Have you connected to the right input and is the feed live?
