Default How do i add the blackberry internet service to a used blackberry phone with virgin

Ok i currently have a sim only deal with virgin on a 12 month contract and includes 1gb data allowance.

i have a blackberry bold 9000 which i want to put my sim in to use bb messenger email and internet, facebook etc.

but i cant do this without the blackberry internet service.

i know you can get contracts where you get the blackberry free and pay £25 per month and everything is included.

but how would you go about adding this service to a used handset with virgin sim.

i cant seem to find the answer anywhere. thanks
