Hello Guys,

Badly in need of help I have just purchased two SV7's which I have setup one and am only getting FTA channels. I have listed below steps I have taken and nothing any help would be much appreciated.

1. Connected main feed straight to box
2. Connected box into a TP link homeplug
3. Flashed box with caling file
4. did auto channel scan
5. went into network made sure ip settings where set too auto box then
give me my gateway for my router and an IP address I then went to SW network i think its called and set box to UStream and left on a non FTA channel for 10 mins but still nothing.

Please let me know if I am doing something wrong guys.

did you use the latest carling? 1.03 ?

it seemed my last sv7 wudnt connect untill i flashed with that firmware.

there is also the server for new connections is someimtes down (or so im told) so could take a while to connect.

keep trying!!

Sorry mate no didn't see the new firmware am using 1.02 can I get this from private FTA section?

And will keep trying must have flashed box about 5 times thinking I have done something wrong. Do I need to do anything else besides leave the box on a non FTA channel once emulator is on and I have selected Ustream?

download the bigmaq toolbar (google it) all the latest files are on there

kryptview 780 as it lasts longer plus more support

Thanks very much mate turns out is was 1.03 firmware. Re-flashed and all up and running.

yeah wierd the server must know the new firmware is out and wont let anything new connect using old firmware!

glad your sorted mate, just in time for xmas,, i feel like santa....

so leave me a mince pie out and some whisky! well it snot 1871 any more!

gonna do another sv7 right now and ill use the new formware see if it connects instantly.
