starveiw 6

hi all ,
can anyone help me with the starveiw 6 it continues to freeze and ive been told from a supplier it needs a wireless modem ?
i cant understand why i would need this when everything seems to be running as fast as it can be ,,
any ideas ??

I take it your box is plugged into the router...You dont need a modem....you do get picture freezing from time to time, give it a day or 2 it should settle down...

yes i have the router connected but the freezing has been going on for some time now i was thinking it just may be a case of upgrading or do all boxes have this trouble ?

Its possibly you connection feed then, check make sure all connections are secure, mine does it on certain frequencies I just need to tighten my cable feed, but I am been a bit lazy at the moment

make sure you have the latest firmware 1.03

copy and paste the link in Other Cable TV: into your browser
then select the Starview & The Box folder/ then the Starview 6 folder
