Hi I have have just loaded the latest softcam so I can open Bulsat on 39e and canaal digitall on 19e, I just checked and they are the latest keys, only thing is both packages will not open, do I need to do anything else?

you need to find a server then you will have everything at your convienance.

Keys rarely open anything now days mate. Specially on 19E from what I am aware off anyway.
