Need help on my dm500 urgent

i bought a dreambox 500,all channels were working untill my daughter done somthing to it. none of the sport channels are working only bbc 1 bbc2 is working but if i go on to sky sports and go back to bbc1 it dosent work. can some one please help me fix this. im running on ccam 2.1.4 gp thank you

Ideal solution is just factory reset / install cccam, and re scan it. Your Cline wil be located in the var/etc folder cccam.cfg. you can open the cfg file using Notepad.

Installing the cam is easy also.... if you using the Enigma image then u can download from Enigma server using the Blue button on your remote.

if you have a DiseC Q dish then you might wanna have a look @ USALS and Vhannibal settings.

thanks for replying, im new to all this i dont understand that so any chance u can simplify things for me , ive got a normal sky dish and its runing on a program called gp thanx

Hi mate

here is a clue... Download Filezilla and you see the image that your using well that is the Enigma image. I used to use that same image on the Open media 500CS

Also to factory reset the box you need to do this.. well it will be ablong these lines on that box

Menu > setup > expert setup > Factory reset.

As far making it simple then what it already is... there is things that I cant mention in this forum and it would mean that am going against the rulez.

Like its been said above.. '' you cant get anymore simpler then what I have told you already.''
