Starview 7 missing channels

Hi all, I have a starview 7 working fine at my home, set the the same box in my brothers house but missing channels ie sky sports 1 and 3 can get sky sport 4 and a week signal on sky sports 2 missing espn, my brother had a eurovox 500 working fine until recently with all channels. Can some one please point me in the right direction how to solve the signal issue, odd that a eurovox worked on the same connection but starview won't?? Thanks guys!!

reset yer box m8 and start again with settings and fresh scan i wont lie buddy i hate starview so u can guess which box i have kryptview a780 and the other day my channels went but after i did the above step it turned out to be a new frequency so all is now fixed

Hi ratcather, that's for your reply I did default the box and rescaned the box this was when the channels were not there, the only thing I could think off is he is only paying for the broadband and does not have a sub for the tv, and the signal is week, or the splitter is dragging it down!!

u may have to take the box and check elsewhere it cud be a dodgy box lol

The box works fine at my house for over a week only tried it today and won't fully work.
