Went to boots last night - Zirtek seems to have the same active ingredient as the Boots own antihistamine, which I'm not finding effective.

So tried a version of Benadryl with a different active ingredient to both Piriton and Zirtek.

Can't tell whether it's that making me drowsy today, or whether it's just because I'm plain knackered!

A lot of people have been telling me about sprays you can get from what they say one sniff lasts a good few hours

anyone have the sprays???
