I was with freeserve to start with, never had a problem with service or support then it went to Wanado and the rot set it shortly after that, thankfully I got out before orange got ther hands on it. Changed to Pipex, they were excellent to start with, then they started advertising and went all flashy and the service and support went down hill fast. changed to sky, support was none existent and I had a few problems at the start but once sorted (emails and calls to James Murdock) its rock solid, support is still crap but value for money is great.
