hi guys looking for some help grabbed a linux live cd and whacked it in running from disk any way put this cmd into terminl and its dumping stuff but from the look nothing useful
the cmd is cd ~/Desktop && touch mac sudo tcpdump -s 10240 -vvvenA udp port 67 and udp port 68 >> mac and its dumping stuff to a document but dont know what so my question is could any 1 tell me of an easier way to sniff macs on linux or am i best sticking with windows considering installing this alongside my windows tho cheers for any help guys |

Install Linux to the HDD and then install Wireshark.
Are you familiar with Linux? I'm pretty new to it myself but it makes network analysis easy, so much more data is easily available than through Windows. |
