I woke up this morning to find that my Entertainment and Movies Bouqets have completely gone and even some of my sport channels. I tried looking for these channels in the TV Channel List but there not even there. Someone please help?

Try switching to sat then back to cable using the sat button on the remote! assuming you have the combo?

id be tempted to factory reset then scan again. might just be a software issue and theres always reflashing.

knowing what type of box would be a big help!
