dreambox 500s jtag

i have downloaded dreambox jtag files to jtag my dreambox 500s,as it is stuck on green light and cannot be seen in dreamup press connect and nothing happens, but the video i watched to do this was in german and for cabel not satellite,i do not wish to attempt to jtag box with these files as im affraid of messing it up,has anyone got the files to jtag the 500s dreambox that they have used before and know they work for the 500s,

you wasting your time trying to Jtag a box which is Obselete now and not too mention the box is only worth 50 quid. I assume the one you have is a clone anyway, as I mentioned you can pick them up for dirt cheap now.


Just get yourself a better box as it will benefit you more in the long run.

Infact you can now pick up a HD box (S9 PVR) for 95 quid.

why do you think its obselete,it was working with all sky channels on xmas day,why spend 50 or 95 quid when i can get this box working again for almost no finacial layout,it is not a clone,its a genuine dreambox 500s not 500c..

fair enough.. And yes am aware that it is a 500S lol.. you can go ahead and try do a Jtag on it if that will revive the box then its all good.

I was only giving you a second option anyway.
