I've just installed a new starview 7, everything is working perfectly apart from that the picture is very blocky .... my old starveiw 3 box used to give a good picture on the same line.
any help would be appreciated |

check the feed and all connections,,,, i get a bit of blockiness now and again usually when its glitching and catching up with itself but very little.
check your internet speed also Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test if your paying for 10 meg you want about 9.5mbps using that test. check all cables are good etc .. regards dave
