Go into the diagnostic/engineers menu - press and hold up/down buttons while powering up the box (takes about 30 seconds), page 2 should show you the card serial number and if it is OK, faulty or Blacklisted.

I get Blacklisted if I program a fun4 with the programmer set for a Fun5, if the card can't be read (give it 5 minutes or so), it may be upside down or faulty.

I meant the INTEEP, Flash, and the EXTEEP which you crypted, have you tried what Lincsat has recommended above?

using funcard 4. this is the order i am programming card, 1, rename the flash to my flash, 2,rename crypthexheep, 3 rhv enter ird backwards, 4 enter 16 alphanumeric bk save as my exteep. 4, drag over swapbinhex, delete old file. 5, open rhv enter my exteep, my inteep my flash. 6 insert card into rhv exit phoenix mode delete all files on card then write. programmer writes all the files when finished states done with no errors put machine on bbc1 insert card after 10 min or so window opens says the card is not inserted or missing, jst

Your going wrong after number 4, Do not exit phoenix mode and dont delete the card. this is what you need to do after number 4:-

OPEN UP YOUR PROGRAMMER AND WRITE THE FILES ONE AT A TIME IN THIS ORDER
MY EXTEEP

MY INTEEP
MY FLASH
PUT THE CARD IN YOUR BOX
PUT BOX ON BBC 1
GIVE IT UP TO 5 MINUTES TO UPDATE

Try this and let me know....
