Strange 1

Hi All,
Supplied and fitted numerous boxes over the years so know my way around.....
Fitted a SV7 box but have a strange prob....
I have a mate who works for VM so he supplies me with splitters and patch cables etc so I know all good there
Connected box with new splitter and cables but box only dispalys certain channels.... No Sky sports1 but Sky sports 2, half movie channels etc
I have checked box on my connection with no probs
Scanned box with splitter and only found percentage of available channels
Scanned box direct to cable and finds all channels...
As I said stranage one, so any help much appreciated

yeah it looks like poor signal to me.... have u checked the quality and signal on the box whats the % its showing?

not being funny but why you using a splitter? the box has a splitter built in use that one? main feed in the top connection in and another wire running on the out to the modem or what ever??
