star view 7 help

hi everyone i was ameber of this forum for about two years but for some unknowen reason i had to re register as i had to change email addy and couldent reset password
my question is always had a sammy 2010 until the dreary n3 hit
i got a starview7 bought to me for xmas all was working fine until 3 days ago then i lost all channels except 1 to five i still get all radio channels
the rest come up srambled. do i have to re flash this box or is it another problem.
if i have to reflash how do i do it and what do i need as i am a newbee to this box.
any help would be very grateful

hi,, as an old returning member im sure you will know that all the info you are asking for is here on the forum waiting for you to use the search function.

we dont mind helping but if we re-answered the same question over and over the forum would become deserted of higher members thru mental illness.

basically the info u want is riddled thruout the forum.
