Default Starview HD Combo Channel Order Problem

When i came in from work today i switched my SV HD box on from the back (as i usually do) but it went directly to MENU

Thought was odd, both Sky and VM channels gone!!

Now i've swearched fr my VM channels which are all back but now not in the official VM order as they were... now i'd just got used to them and want them back that way

Any way of getting back into VM Order without having to do manually??

Thanks

There is an option in the menu to back up your channels, unless you've done this at some point, they are probably lost.

I like to know that as well. I used to get them in VM ORDER but now it doesn't work that way
