Just to clarify, the contents of the first post is, at best, a very bad misunderstanding of gltiching techniques used on very early N2 cards. This kind of thing became impossible on later N2 cards and certainly has never worked on N3 cards.

I say misunderstanding because, in its present form it actually bears little resemblance to the actual technique although I can (just about) see how a layman might describe something similar without really understanding.
